A Pure Comfort Services Maintenance Club Membership (“club” or “Membership”) can help lower your utility bills, extend the life of your equipment, reduce or eliminate the need for costly repairs, and increase the performance of your cooling/heating systems, water heaters, and electrical panels. We visit your home twice a year to tune up your cooling and heating systems at a discounted rate to ensure you have peace of mind that they’re operating at peak performance all year long.

Not convinced your family needs a Maintenance Club Membership? Signing up to be a member really does save you time and money. In fact, cost savings can add up quickly! For instance, with a plan, a drain cleaning (through an accessible cleanout) is FREE, but without a plan it’s $238+! Similarly, if you need your reverse osmosis filter changed… With a plan FREE, without $99. Need your electrical system checked out? How about $29 instead of $211? Water softener sanitization service is $134 for nonmembers but only $39 for members! Need your traditional, tank water heater drained and flushed? Plan members pay $49 instead of $79.

Additional Terms and Conditions

This Maintenance Club Membership is a Service Plan for HVAC systems, not an insurance policy, extended warranty, or service contract. This Agreement is between the Seller and the Purchaser and provides for certain inspections and maintenance services for the Purchaser at the residence listed on the on this contract (Plan residence) for the number of HVAC units listed on this Plan as indicated herein.

I. Plan Period:

A. The Club Membership starts at 12:01 a.m. local time on the effective date identified on front of the Agreement and extends until written notification to cancel the Club Membership is received from Buyer. See section III.A.

B. The Monthly Club Membership starts 12:01 am local time on the effective date identified on the front of the Agreement and extends until written notification to cancel Club Membership is received from Buyer. See section III.B.

II. We will provide the following benefits to the Purchaser, at the address listed, during the term of this Agreement depending on which Plan or Plans have been purchased:

A. We will perform semi-annual performance inspections for the HVAC Plan on the each of the Purchasers equipment covered under this Club Membership for each 12-month period during the term of this Club Membership. Performance inspections will include (to the extent applicable and to the extent the components of the Purchasers equipment are accessible) those services indicated on this contract of this Club Membership respective to the Club Membership option selected.

B. The Purchaser must contact us to schedule a performance inspection. Performance inspections will only be scheduled to be completed during the term of this Club Membership and during normal business hours. We will make three attempts to contact you to remind you to schedule your Performance Maintenance Inspections. However, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to schedule. Any unused inspections will be forfeited after your Club Membership(s) expire(s) or three months after the scheduled date of the inspection.

C. We will provide the Purchaser with a ten percent (10%) discount, (up to $100.00) for repairs performed by our company at the residence listed on this Club Membership Plan for any HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical service. Our usual customary repair rates are indicated in Our flat rate manuals (Pure Comfort Services Club Membership Pricing).

D. For any unscheduled repair service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide the Purchaser with priority service through preferential treatment in the scheduling of the Purchaser’s call for the residence listed on this Agreement. You may contact us for emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergencies are situations that create substantial risk of injury to persons or substantial property damage.

C. During a complimentary drain cleaning service, we may recommend the drain line be repaired or replaced. If such recommendations are not performed, or future complimentary drain clearing services, as part of this agreement, will not be offered at this property.

F. For every consecutive year a customer maintains a Pure Comfort Service Club Membership, the Purchaser will receive a $50 credit towards the purchases of a new HVAC System (must be a complete system). This credit can only be applied to the purchase of one of these new system options, installed at the Club Membership residence and cannot be redeemed in any other form or offer. Upon cancellation/termination of this Club Membershipany unused credit will be forfeited without notice. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the New System must be purchased and installed by us.

III. Terms of Cancellations, Expiration & Transfers:

A. If the annual payment plan is selected, the Club Membership will continue perpetually until the Purchaser cancels the agreement. The annual fee will continue to be charged on the yearly anniversary of this contract until the Purchaser cancels the Club Membership. Termination requires either written notice of termination sent to the corporate office or simply call 855-787-3266.  


The Seller is allowed, but not limited to, two weeks for termination processing after the anniversary date. No other charges will be made, or refunds issued regardless of the amount of performance inspections that may or may not have been performed.

If the Purchaser cancels this Club Membership within the first thirty days following the effective date of this Club Membership, they will receive a refund of the initial payment made, less a $20 cancellation/processing fee. If the Purchaser cancels the Club Membership after the first thirty-day period of initial sign up or renewal, the payment amount to be refunded will be prorated based on the remaining months of the term of the agreement regardless of the amount of performance inspections that may or may not have been performed.

B. If the monthly plan is selected, the Club Membership will continue perpetually until the Purchaser cancels the Club Membership. The monthly fee will continue to be charged until the Purchaser cancels the Club Membership.  Charges will continue for one month after the written notice of termination is received at the corporate office.  Seller is not obligated to fulfill any uncompleted performance inspections provided by this Club Membership and has no further performance obligation to Purchaser upon cancellation. The Seller is allowed, but not limited to, two weeks for termination processing. No other charges will be made, or refunds issued regardless of the amount of performance inspections that may or may not have been performed.

C. If the scheduled credit card payment is declined, this Club Membership may automatically be cancelled if the credit card information is not updated, and payment is not processed within 30 days. Once the Agreement is cancelled, no further service will be required to be rendered by Us under this Plan, regardless of the amount of performance inspections that may or may not have been performed.

IV. This Plan does not cover, and We will not be responsible for:

A. Any breakdown or failure of the equipment, or any failure to detect any defect in or malfunction of the equipment covered under this Plan.

B. Any parts or labor for any required repairs, except that if You have Us provide the required repairs on the equipment covered under this Plan during the term of this Plan, the repairs will be provided in accordance with the provisions in Section II. C, and II. D of this Plan.

C. Any consequential, secondary, or incidental damage or any bodily injury or property damage, regardless of cause.

V. Pricing options as set forth on the front of this agreement:

A. You can choose the annual payment term for a single HVAC system. Additional HVAC units at the property are an additional cost.  Your annual billing will take place within the same month annually of your effective date.

B. You can choose the monthly payment method for the first HVAC System. If you have more than one HVAC system, each additional system is an additional cost.

C. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to make sure that the credit card information that is on file with Pure Comfort Services remains active and current. If the card expires or is replaced for whatever reason, contact us promptly at 855-787-3266 to update the record to avoid termination of the agreement as described in section III.
