And oftentimes, the troubleshooting would not be thorough, resulting in our paying for unnecessary parts while the problem is still not resolved, or another problem suddenly pops up after the technician departs! We decided that the industry can do better, so we opened our own company, Pure Comfort Services, LLC and turned the HVAC business model on its head. We hire based on character and integrity. We will only subcontract as the last resort, as we believe you build loyalty by keeping good employees. We provide really good pay and benefits. We train our technicians to be thorough and honest, and to treat you as if you have been a life-long customer. We don’t charge you by the hour, so we’ll stick around until the job is done. Our bottom line is not based on the dollars we bring in, but the joy we bring to you and our employees.
