- 1-year warranty on parts (minimum) and labor for all service-related work
- 2-year warranty on workmanship for all installations of AC/heating equipment, water heaters, and excavation
- Cooling and Heating Equipment – Lifetime Parts and Labor warranties if a member of our Pure Comfort Services Maintenance Club
- Water Heaters – 6 and 10-year warranties

How We Protect You and Guarantee Satisfaction
In addition to our Extended Parts and Labor Warranties (mentioned above), we also provide heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as certain other equipments with a:
- No-Lemon Guarantee – If upon startup, your system fails because of a major component (eg. compressor, heat exchanger, coil leak), we will replace that unit at no charge. Also, should your system require 3 or more repairs within the first year of operation, we will install a new unit at no cost to you.
- Performance Guarantee – Your system will be installed and perform as per manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations upon startup. A substitute system will be installed at no charge, should it not perform accordingly.
- Money-Back Guarantee – Within the first year of operation, if you are unsatisfied with our service or operation of your system, we will make unlimited attempts to rectify or replace the unit. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your investment upon request.
- Value Guarantee – If you find the exact same system, accessories, quality installation, guarantees, and warranties for less (with a written quote), within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.
- Low-Price Guarantee – We love to compare our pricing and quality of equipment and installation with our competition. What’s Included in a 2-year warranty?
✓If you are not satisfied with Pure Comfort Services and/or your new system for any reason within 2 years of installation, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue — up to and including — removing your new system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
Can a homeowner transfer a 2-year warranty?
✓No, homeowners are not able to transfer a 2-year warranty. However, if you expect to want to transfer your warranty, consider a Lifetime Warranty, which is transferable.
What are an owner’s responsibilities with a 2-year warranty?
✓Operate equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and maintain items normally to be periodically replaced by the equipment owner during the product life such as filters, UV lamps, humidifier pads, batteries, and other items as listed in the owner’s use and care manual.
✓Annual, routine maintenance must be performed by a qualified service provider. Annual maintenance is necessary on your system(s) and can be performed by any qualified service company. Failure to perform annual maintenance or improperly performed maintenance voids the Lifetime warranty. Pure Comfort Services assumes no responsibility for repairs made by unauthorized service providers.

What’s included in a Lifetime Parts and Labor warranty?

Can a homeowner transfer a Lifetime warranty?
✓Lifetime warranties are transferable to new owners should you sell your property. To transfer a Lifetime warranty, mail a written request (identifying the new owner), a copy of the original receipt or work order, and a transfer fee of $250.00 to Pure Comfort Services.
What are an owner’s responsibilities with a lifetime warranty?
✓Operate equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and maintain items normally to be periodically replaced by the equipment owner during the product life such as filters, UV lamps, humidifier pads, batteries, and other items as listed in the owner’s use and care manual.
